This past week Craig (the fiance) got a nasty cold/bronchial hybrid monster and even lost his voice. I absolutely HATE being sick (I mean, who does?) but since we share nearly everything, I figure he'd share this with me too.
I'd seen some recipes floating around Pinterest for an immunity boosting combo to keep yourself healthy even when those around you were suffering from the crud.
I used a 10ml roller with 15 drops of Thieves, 15 drops of R.C., 10 drops of Peppermint, and 7 drops of Rosemary, filling the rest of the roller with fractured coconut oil. I applied this to my spine and feet just before going to bed. It was very little extra work and I got to skip being sick!
